I can’t sign up for an account

If you are having trouble creating an account, make sure that you have done the following:

  1. Make sure you have completed all fields on the Sign Up form, including checking the boxes to verify that you are 13 years or older, agree to the Terms of Service, and agree to the Honor Code. 
  2. Be sure that the username you entered only contains letters, numbers, underscores (_), and hyphens (-). Usernames entered with other characters will not be accepted.
  3. Make sure you do not already have a Gateway Pass account. If you do have an account, you will receive an error message stating that the email address you entered is already used. Go to the Log In page to sign in or click the Forgot password? link to reset your password.
